This species of Hoya is native to Eastern Asia and Australia where it grows as an epiphyte in tropical rainforests. Thick waxy leaves make it somewhat drought-tolerant, but during active growing, it likes to be kept evenly moist. Bright, indirect light needs, so morning or evening light is best, as full mid-day sun will burn the leaves. Allow to dry out before watering. Enjoys higher humidity, but can tolerate lower humidity levels. Well-draining soil mix with moisture retentive additions is best. This is a great, low-maintenance vining plant.
Established in a 4 inch pot.
